A Healing Way began about 13 years ago. It was founded when I finished First Level Reiki Training. I am Certified as a Reiki Practitioner in the Usui School. My teacher learned from Mrs. Takata’s granddaughter who learned upward through her grandmother who learned from Dr. Usui. I have since taken all the Levels of Reiki Training as well as other healing training, formal and informal. I have been influenced by healers from the Cree, the Skagit and the Hopi nations as well as a good friend and Shaman who is trained in the Michael Harner Shamanic tradition. Look Inside...A Healing Way is a new name for the business, since I have broadened the scope of the work to include more energetic healing methods. “Look Inside” was chosen as a preface to the original business name, because that is what people dedicated to spiritual, emotional, mental and physical healing and growth do. They look inside and get in touch with the God in them and their own inner healer. All healing is for nothing if your inner healer can’t be awakened. No matter the form of medicine, without the body’s cooperation, the person will not heal and may even choose to leave this life entirely. “Look Inside” is also a small play on words, because there is a Book store linked to Amazon.com for you to look at and books to purchase from this website. Soon there will be more of Jane’s healing “stuff” available to purchase; mostly Stones, essential oils, pure soy healing candles made in the Reiki energy by a very special person from Chehalis. There will also be music, and other fun things for sale in the store. So Look Inside. It is my intention to be of service to the best of my ability as I have been doing for over 30 years. to hold energy for others, give a hand up and be part of growth in light and love. |
